“Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born of water,
and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. That which is born of
the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” John 3:5-6
Born of water is the natural birth, and born of the Spirit speaks of a Spiritual birth.
The Born-Again experience is brought about by God Alone: repentance toward
God and Faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. When one is Born-Again, “For you
are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:3
We are walking in newness of life. What is your Power Source? If you have your
faith placed in Christ and His finished work, your Power Source is the Holy Spirit.
He does the working and the changing in you. What did Jesus do for me at the
Cross? He caused me to be crucified, He caused me to be buried, He caused me
to be risen. He gave me a new source of life. “I am Crucified with Christ:
nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in
the flesh I live by the Faith of the Son of God, Who loved me, and gave Himself
for me.” Galatians 2:20
