Give Thanks

“Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto Him

with psalms” (Psalm 95:2). As Christians, everyday should be Thanksgiving. When we

wake up in the morning, thank Him during the day. Thank Him at night when we lay

our heads on our pillows. How about when we pray and lay our requests before Him?

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving

let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all

understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-

7). Notice the phrase “prayer and supplication (requests/petitions) with thanksgiving.”

He saves us. Thank Him! He loves us. Thank Him! He hears us. Thank Him! We hear

Him. Thank Him. He uses us. Thank Him! Happy Thanksgiving, church family. You

and I have so much to be thankful for.
