“But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks

foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of

God, and the wisdom of God” (1 Corinthians 1:23-24). Seconds transgress to minutes,

minutes to hours, hours to days, days to years; yet one immutable precept remains: Jesus

Christ is the same forever. With this upcoming new year, our message as a body of Christ

shall remain: Jesus Christ and Him crucified. To the world it is either foolishness or a

quandary; but to us as born-again believers, it is the power of Almighty God. The

calendar year may have changed, but the Gospel of Jesus Christ remains: we preach

Christ Crucified.
