Your Will Be Done, Lord

Every obstacle, hindrance, and foe tries to keep us from the will of God. Biblical terms

such as laws, testimonies, precepts, and statutes relate to a path our Lord desires for us.

When we sin and give into temptation, we abandon His will. Our Lord and Savior Jesus

is the only One Who stayed totally in the will of God. As we look to Him by faith amid

all trials and temptations, we can remain in His will. It is our Lord Who works in us

both to will and to do His good pleasure. As we look to Christ and His finished work,

we can believe and be persuaded that He is able to keep that which was committed unto

Him, to keep us from falling, and to present us faultless so that His will can be

completed in our lives. Hallelujah!
